ADVOCARE 24 DAY CHALLENGE RECIPE FOR: 1 Carb and 1 Vegetable
- 1 cup fluffy, cooked Quinoa
- 1/2 cup peeled Cucumbers, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped Tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbs. chopped Chives
- 1 cup chopped Parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy.
