ADVOCARE 24 DAY CHALLENGE RECIPE IDEAS: Amazing Quinoa!

ADVOCARE 24 DAY CHALLENGE RECIPE FOR: 1 Carb and 1 Vegetable

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fluffy, cooked Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup peeled Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbs. chopped Chives
  • 1 cup chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy.

This is a really good recipe for those instances you can have carbohydrates on the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge.  It’s not only delicious, but it’s very satisfying as well.
